We are delighted to be able to invite Kristen Klevinas and her growing bump to join our YO-MU team in offering pre natal classes. Here is some information about Kristen, as she is pregnant she is able to relate to other pregnant mothers in an intimate way. If you are only at the beginning of your pregnancy or at the end, this class is for all mother’s who wish to rest, stretch and prepare for a wonderful birth and the best adventure of their lives.
Kristen fell in love with yoga in 2008 in Toronto, Canada. A few years later she completed her 200 hours in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga and has been sharing the beauty of yoga ever since. Shortly after becoming pregnant she completed a 100 hour advanced yoga training focusing on Prenatal yoga.
She values to always be a student and keeps a strong safe yoga practice wherever she is, on and off the mat.
