This is an open level class for yoga and music lovers a like.





For all those who would like a gentle introduction to our Yoga Flow & Live Music sequencing, or simply rest and reenergize. This class begins and ends with deep relaxation, allowing our bodies to breathe deeply during the postures and rest positions. A perfect class for those who suffer sleep problems or have intense work schedules or are recovering from an injury.




Suitable for beginners and for anyone who wants to get back tobasics and their yoga practice foundation. In this class we will refresh, re program and re energize. Through correct alignment core strengthening exercises, deep stretching and relaxation, we will get centered, grounded and restore our ‘Whole Body’ to it’s maximum potential.




A  flowing dance like sequence of postures harmonising breathe and movement to give strength, grace and freedom. The open class is suitable for experienced beginners, intermediate levels, with options for those who have a more advanced practice. These classes are accompanied by a fun playlist.




A  traditional Hatha Yoga class, this is a clear introduction to Yoga for beginners or for Hatha Yoga lovers. This session begins and ends with deep relaxation, we practice pranayama, breathing exercises and follow the traditional Sivananda School Sequence of sun salutes and postures.




Baby yoga helps to attune to your baby’s needs and stimulate them as appropriate with a sense of security and wellbeing. Yoga baby is beneficial for all babies, you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your baby. From Birth babies respond positively to the stimulation of movement and touch together. Baby Yoga includes a wide range of different practices that can be combined to suit the needs of each baby and mama/papa.

Baby yoga offers quality physical stimulation that has become essential in an urban sedentary lifestyle. Classes will include gentle baby movements and massage, post natal exercises for mama/papa, yoga postures for you and baby, relaxation, walking relaxation and simple meditation techniques.
